Manchester Centre for CBT is a virtual online centre which provides onward contact with a qualified, experienced CBT therapists/EMDR therapists located in Manchester & Liverpool areas. All therapists work as Independent therapists and are not employed by the centre (they are self-employed). The therapists adhere to appropriate Professional Bodies and have their own insurance. Please ask a therapist any questions you may have concerning their training or experience.

Online therapy can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy.
